About Us

Jaime has over fifteen years of experience as installing in playground surfacing.  Jaime ensures all work orders are complete and meet customer expectations. He coordinates the work orders and communicates progress of project schedules. 

Manuel has over twenty years of experience working in playground surfacing, and over five years of experience as a crew supervisor. His experience includes stoning, poured-in-rubber installation, and mixer operator. Manuel encourages training and getting the next generation of work force ready to provide the best quality surface installation.

Marco has over sixteen years of experience as a crew leader and working in playground surfacing. His ability to lead crews and effectively communicate to ensure every playground meets the quality standards and a clean and pleasant appearance. Marco has a strong background in design, matching blue prints per work orders. 

Junior Mondragon – Has over five years of experience working as a mixer operator and finisher.

Jordan Mondragon – Has over two years of experience working as a mixer operator and finisher.

Jose Omar Lemus – has over twelve years of experience working as an mixes operator and finisher and has recently been promoted to be a crew leader!

Pastor Mondragon – Has over seven years of experience as a mixer operator.

Daniel Zarate- joined the team in 2023 and is currently working as a mixer operator. 

Ofelia Mondragon- Ofelia joined the company two years ago and brings over fourteen years of experience in business administration and development. She oversees all day-to-day administration responsibilities of the company. 

Andrea Mondragon- Andrea joined the company in 2023 and is currently supporting payroll, bookkeeping and any other additional projects assigned.
